Batchelor Law – Worker’s Compensation Representation since 1991
The origins of our Firm can be traced back to the University of Minnesota School of Law where Jim received his law degree in 1991. Soon after he was admitted to the United States Federal Court and the Minnesota State District Courts Jim found his passion for representing personal injury, workers compensation & disability cases in Minnesota.
Jim Batchelor represents clients in both short and long term disability and always collects his fee directly from the insurance company so his clients have absolutely no out-of-pocket expenses for workers compensation or disability claims.
Jim also represents social security cases in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. Throughout the years, the Batchelor Law Firm has evolved but our mission has always stayed the same. We may have a new logo and a new website, but we are the same firm that has been representing workers compensation or cases for disability claims that we’ve always been.
Jim takes on personal injury and worker’s compensation cases because he has the experience to win them. Some of Jim’s credentials:
- University of Minnesota School of Law, Graduation 1991
- Minnesota Association for Justice
- Minnesota Bar Admission: 1992
- United States District Court Bar Admission: 1992
