Batchelor Law – Workers Compensation Attorneys since 1991
We are workers compensation attorneys who represent only injured workers not employers or insurers. The firm traces its origins to the University of Minnesota School of Law where James received his law degree in 1991. Soon after he was admitted to the United States Federal Court and the Minnesota State District Courts James found his passion for representing the injured in workers compensation, personal injury and disability cases in Minnesota.
James A. Batchelor represents injured Minnesotans in workers compensation claims, bodily injury cases and short and long term disability claims. He only collects a fee when he wins and always collects that fee directly from the insurance company. His clients have absolutely no out-of-pocket expenses in connection with their workers compensation, personal injury or disability case.
James also represents totally disabled individuals in social security cases in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. Throughout the years, Batchelor Law Firm, P.A. has evolved but our mission remained the same. Our goal is to provide quality representation and to level the playing field against large corporations and insurance companies. We do so in an approachable way and try to make the law and the litigation journey understandable and as inclusive of you, the client, as possible. We are primarily a workers compensation law firm. We may have a new logo and a new website, but we are the same firm that has been fighting for injured workers and people injured by another’s negligence since 1992.
James A. Batchelor is a workers compensation attorney who takes on personal injury and workers compensation cases because he wants to make the fight with an insurance company a fair one and he has the experience to win them. Some of Jim’s credentials:
